In the list of these 10 places you didn’t mentioned Toronto. It’s a bit surprising for me because Toronto is certainly one of the best places to live in Canada. Especially the luxury apartments the city offers are amazing.

I’m not sure how well I would take anything that comes from MoneySense magazine that has anything to do with Real Estate. There are other resources like Stats Canada and better organizations to get this type of data.
